WHAT IS SOUTHWEST SPORTS INSTITUTE?
SWSI is a professional fitness and athletics company focused on creating a healthy environment for all clients.  Just like a doctors office, accounting firm or law office, SWSI offers professional guidance toward fitness and athletic related topics and goals.

WHAT IS PERFORMANCE TRAINING?
SWSI focuses our training on a personal goal toward improvement either in an athletic, competitive setting or improving the quality of life through athletic movements.

WHAT IS A PERFORMANCE GOAL?
A goal with an athletic purpose. The goal varies from client to client and is specific to the client. SWSI provides assistance with the selection process, but ultimately, the goal is up to you.

HOW ARE WE DIFFERENT?
It starts with our staff.  We hire professionals in the field of fitness and athletics who take their career as seriously as you take your training. These professionals optimize your training due to their experience and education while maximizing the experience in the most unique facility around.

ARE YOU A GYM?
No! We are an experience. SWSI is a hybrid between an athletic rehabilitation clinic, a college weight room, a fitness center and an olympic training center.

DO YOU HAVE A MEMBERSHIP?
Yes! It is the most unique membership around and only $40/month.

WHAT ARE YOUR PRICES?
Training ranges from $10-$70 for training.
Presentations are determined by the number of participants and length of presentation.

IS THIS JUST FOR ATHLETES? DO WE JUST WORK WITH ATHLETES?
NO! We train everyone from 8yrs old to 80yrs old. Our training focuses on training for an athletic purpose which includes the traditional "sport" athletes, but it also includes the recreational campers, hikers, golfers or people looking for a healthy, active lifestyle.
