Unlike a traditional box gym, our unique membership offers professional structure and guarantees results through our workout of the day or unlimited class schedule. In a traditional setting members either enter a large facility and A) leave because they are overwhelmed or intimidated or B) do the same workout routine everyday. Both options decrease the opportunity for change and results. SWSI's membership provides specific programming toward particular interests under constant structure and supervision. If you are an exercise junky and know your stuff, bring in your workout and we'll review your programming so you can do your own thing.
